13 IAS and 15 IPS Transferred By UP Government

13 IAS and 15 IPS transferred by UP government led by Mr. Yogi Adityanath. 5 DMs and 7 SPs appointed in the major bureaucratic reshuffle.

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government led by Mr. Yogi Adityanath transferred 13 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and 15 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. According to the transfer order, five new District Magistrates have been appointed, whereas, seven Superintendent of Police (SP) have also been allotted with a new charge.

Among the IAS officers, new DMs have been allotted in Pilibhit, Raebareli, Hardoi, Kanpur Rural, and Shravasti districts. Vaibhav Shrivastava who was currently the DM of Pilibhit has been transferred and posted as the DM of Raebareli. Pulkit Khare, DM, and Collector Hardoi has replaced Vaibhav Shrivastava as the new DM of Pilibhit.

Whereas, Shubhra Saxena who was currently the DM of Raebareli has been transferred as Special Secretary of Medical Education. Avinash Kumar who was Special Secretary to Chief Minister has been transferred as the DM of Hardoi.

T.K. Shibu, a 2012-batch IAS officer who was currently holding the charge as Vice Chairman, Development Authority, Prayagraj, has been transferred as the DM of Shravasti replacing Yashu Rastogi. Rastogi will now be holding the charge of Vice Chairman Moradabad Development Authority.

IAS officer Dinesh Chandra who was currently the Municipal Commissioner Ghaziabad has been appointed as the DM of Kanpur (Rural) replacing Rakesh Kumar Singh. Singh will now hold the position of Vice President, Kanpur Development Authority.

Among other IAS officers, Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been made the Municipal Commissioner Ghaziabad. CDO Sonbhadra, Ajay Kumar Dwivedi as Municipal Commissioner Lucknow who has been replaced by Amit Pal. Pal was posted as Special Secretary Secondary Education currently. Whereas, Prerna Sharma has been made the CDO Shahjahanpur.

Talking about the IPS who have been transferred, new SPs of Gorakhpur, Baghpat, Badaun, Pratapgarh, Azamgarh, Bijnor, and Mirzapur has been allotted. SP Pratapgarh, Abhishek Singh has been transferred as SP of Baghpat replacing Ajay Kumar Singh. Ajay will now be posted as SP of Mirzapur.

Dr. Dharamveer Singh who was currently the SP of Mirzapur now has been transferred and posted as SP Bijnor. Ganesh P. Saha who was serving as SP (Human Rights) at DGP Headquarters has been made the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Noida replacing Sankalp Sharma. Sharma will now hold the charge of SP Badaun.

Sanjeev Tyagi who was currently the SP of Bijnor has been transferred and posted as SP Pratapgarh. SSP STF Lucknow, Sudhir Kumar Singh has been made the SSP of Azamgarh replacing Triveni Singh. Triveni will now hold the position of SP Cyber Crime, Lucknow.

Among others, SP Training & Security, Manikya Chandra Saroj has been made SP (Vigilance) Lucknow. SSP Gorakhpur, Sunil Gupta made SP Training & Security replacing Manikya Chandra. Lastly, SP Badaun, Ashok Kumar Tripathi has been appointed as SP Human Rights, DGP Headquarters.
