3 IAS Officers Transferred in Sikkim, R Telang PS Education Department

Chief Minister Prem Sing Tamang led Government of Sikkim issued an order of transfer of three IAS officers on Tuesday. According to the orders Mr. G P Upadhyay has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Tourism and Civil Aviation Department. Mr. Upadhyay is 1987 batch IAS Officer from Sikkim Cadre who was serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department. Mr. AK Yadav Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Department, is given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Commerce and Industries Department. He is 1987 batch IAS officer from Sikkim cadre. Mr. R Telang who is currently serving as Principal Secretary, Home Department has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Department of Education.
