22 Police Officers transferred including two IPS.

22 police officers were transferred and posted today, 7^th October, 2020, by the Home Department, which also included the transfer of 2 IPS.

Principal Secretary Home, Shaleen Kabra, issued an order stating the transfer of in charge DIG Armed Jammu, IPS Amit Kumar (JK: 2006). He will now be posted as in charge DIG Central Kashmir Range, against an available vacancy.

Another IPS transferred is Mr. Sandeep Gupta IPS (JK: 2015) who has been posted as SP North Srinagar, against an available vacancy.

CO JKAP 8th Battalion, Shiv Kumar Sharma, has also been transferred and is now posted as SSP, Traffic City, Jammu, against an available vacancy.

Principal PTS Manigam, Sohail Munawar Mir, has been transferred and will be posted as SSP CID SB Kashmir, vice Shokat Hussain Shah.
