6 officers of Bihar Police Service have been promoted to IPS. The Union Home Ministry has given approval for these. According to reports, these officers would have got promotions earlier, but due to some departmental reasons, this could not happen.
The officers who got promotion include Vishwajit Dayal, Vijay Kumar, Keshav Yadav, Vidyasagar, Ananth Kumar Rai and Rajesh Kumar.
