1995 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer, Tsewang Namgiyal Kalon has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) for a period of five years.
According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Monday (18.07.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal to appoint Kalyon to the post for a period of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
