Three IPS officer in Himachal Pradesh has been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP). All of them are of 1996 batch. Ms. Satwant Atwal Trivedi has become the first woman in the state to be promoted to the rank of ADGP. She is currently on central deputation as the head of the Border Security Force’s intelligence directorate and joint secretary of NATGRID.
Besides her Ajay Kumar Yadav and Abhishek Trivedi has also been given the same rank.
