In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has transferred and posted 11 IPS officers. Anil Kumar Singh, Additional Commissioner of Police, Varanasi Commissionerate, has been given the responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Lucknow. Anil Singh is a 2007 batch officer. At the same time, Bulandshahr SSP Santosh Kumar Singh has been posted in his place. Apart from this, changes have also been made in many other districts in the list.
The SSP of Raebareli district has been changed, now Alok Priyadarshi will be the new superintendent of police of the district. IPS Ajit Kumar Sinha has been made SP of Ambedkarnagar district. Tej Swaroop Singh has been made Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Outer. Similarly, Shripati Mishra has been made DIG PAC Headquarters.
IPS Sankalp Sharma will take over as the new captain of Deoria district. Shubham Patel has been made SP of Hamirpur district. At the same time, Mainpuri SP Ashok Kumar Rai has been made the SP attached police headquarters, while Kamlesh Dixit has been made the new Superintendent of Police of Mainpuri.
