The day after transferring 8 IPS officer, Yogi Adityanath led Uttar PRadesh government has shifted 12 more IPS officers on Sunday, 13 Jan. SP of 5 districts have been also changed. IPS Prabhakar Chowdhary posted in 11th Corps PAC Sitapur has become the new SSP Bareilly.
While IPS officer Akhilesh Kumar Chaurasia has been appointed DIG Varanasi. Baghpat SP Neeraj Jadaun will be bew SP of Bijnor. While IPS Ashish Srivastava, who is SP of Basti district has been transferred and in waiting for post. IPS Gopal Krishna Chowdhary will be the new SP of Basti.
Earlier on Saturday late night 8 IPS officers were transferred. Praveen Kumar, posted in IG Range Meerut for a long time, has been posted in IG Range Ayodhya. In Lucknow Police Commissionerate, Joint CP Piyush Mordia has been posted as ADG Zone Lucknow. Deepak Kumar from IG Range Aligarh has been posted to IG Range Agra.
Upendra Kumar Agarwal, posted in IG Range Devipatan Mandal, has been posted in Joint CP, Law and Order, Lucknow. IG Range Agra Nachiketa Jha has been made IG Meerut Range. Amit Verma, posted as DIG SSIT, Headquarters Lucknow, has been posted as Additional Commissioner of Police in Kanpur Police Commissionerate.
