In the recent bureaucratic reshuffle by the Uttarakhand Government, two senior Indian Police Service officers have been assigned new responsibilities. The official order states that IPS officer Ms. Neeru Garg has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police Fire Service. Earlier she was holding the post of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Garhwal Zone.
Whereas IPS officer Mr. Karan Singh Naganiyal has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Garhwal Zone. Previously he was posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police Fire Service.
