13 IAS Probationers, Including Srishti Dabas from the 2024 Batch, Appointed as Assistant Collectors in Rajasthan

The probationary officers have been directed to report to the Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM-RIPA) upon completing their training at LBSNAA, where they will then be guided to their respective field postings.

Jaipur: In a significant administrative move, the Rajasthan government has appointed 13 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of the 2024 batch as Assistant Collectors and Executive Magistrates across various districts of the state. The appointments were announced on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

The probationary officers have been directed to report to the Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM-RIPA) upon completing their training at LBSNAA, where they will then be guided to their respective field postings.

These newly inducted officers will serve in their respective districts as part of their field training, gaining hands-on administrative experience while also exercising powers delegated to them by the District Collectors in their roles as Executive Magistrates.

The list of officers and their district postings is as follows:

  • Srishti Dabas – Udaipur
  • Aishwaryam Prajapati – Alwar
  • Medha Anand – Bhilwara
  • Swati Sharma – Bikaner
  • Neha Uddhavsingh Rajput – Ajmer
  • Rohit Verma – Jaisalmer
  • Mohanlal – Jodhpur
  • Ravindra Kumar Meghwal – Chittorgarh
  • Birju Gopal Choudhary – Pali
  • Aditi Yadav – Sri Ganganagar
  • Mrinal Kumar – Jaipur
  • Aradhana Chauhan – Kota
  • Bhanu Sharma – Bharatpur

Currently, the 2024 batch officers are undergoing foundational training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie. They are scheduled to be relieved from the academy on April 18, 2025.

This step marks a crucial phase in the officers’ careers, as they transition from academic training to real-world governance and public administration, playing a key role in the implementation of state policies and district-level governance.
