Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government announced the promotion of two IAS officers from the 1995 batch to the Chief Secretary grade on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The officers, Maninder Kaur Dwivedi and Gaurav Dwivedi, are currently on central deputation, and as such, they have been granted a proforma promotion.
Maninder Kaur Dwivedi is presently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, while Gaurav Dwivedi is holding the position of CEO of Prasar Bharati, the national public service broadcaster.
This proforma promotion recognizes their distinguished service and the significant roles they continue to play in their respective central positions.
