The Uttar Pradesh government has issued transfer orders for senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, reassigning them to new positions. The key transfers are as follows:

  1. Mr. Rajesh S. (2011-batch IPS officer), who was serving as Deputy Inspector General of Police/Superintendent of Police, Shahjahanpur, has been transferred as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Chitrakoot Range, Banda.
  2. Mr. Rajesh Dwivedi (2013-batch IPS officer), currently posted as Senior Superintendent of Police, Kumbh Mela, Prayagraj, has been appointed as Superintendent of Police, Shahjahanpur.

These transfers are part of the state’s ongoing administrative reshuffle to strengthen law enforcement in key regions.
