In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Telangana government on Friday transferred 21 IPS officers, including Telangana Special Protection Force (TSPF) Director-General Mr. Anil Kumar and Warangal Police Commissioner Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha.

The key transfers and postings are as follows:
- Mr. Anil Kumar, Director-General, TSPF, was transferred and posted as Additional Director-General of Police (Personnel), relieving Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat from full additional charge (FAC). He is also placed in FAC of Director-General, TSPF, until further orders.
- Mr. M. Srinivasulu, Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam, was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, CID in the existing vacancy.
- Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha, Commissioner of Police, Warangal, was transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam, replacing Mr. M. Srinivasulu.
- Upon promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Mr. Sunpreet Singh, Superintendent of Police (SP), Suryapet, was transferred and posted as Warangal Commissioner of Police, replacing Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha.
- Ms. Chetna Mylabhutala, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Peddapalli, Ramagundam Commissionerate, was transferred and posted as SP, Women Safety Wing, Telangana, Hyderabad.
- Ms. Ch. Sindhu Sarma, Kamareddy SP, was transferred and posted as SP, Intelligence, filling an existing vacancy.
- Mr. M. Rajesh Chandra, DCP, Yadadri-Bhongir, Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, was transferred and posted as SP, Kamareddy, replacing Ms. Ch. Sindhu Sarma.
- Mr. Potharaju Sai Chaitanya, SP, Anti-Narcotic Bureau, Hyderabad, was transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad, relieving Ms. Ch. Sindhu Sarma from FAC.
- Mr. Gaush Alam, Adilabad SP, was transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, replacing Mr. Abhishek Mohanty, who has been relieved from the Telangana cadre.
- Mr. Akhil Mahajan, SP, Rajanna Sircilla, was transferred and posted as SP, Adilabad, replacing Mr. Gaush Alam.
- Mr. Chennuri Rupesh, SP, Sangareddy, was transferred and posted as SP, Telangana Anti-Narcotic Bureau, Hyderabad, replacing Mr. Potharaju Sai Chaitanya.
- Mr. Akshansh Yadav, DCP, Central Zone, Hyderabad, was transferred and posted as DCP, Yadadri Bhongir, replacing Mr. M. Rajesh Chandra.
- Mr. Paritosh Pankaj, Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Kothagudem, was transferred and posted as SP, Sangareddy, replacing Mr. Chennuri Rupesh.
- Mr. Gite Mahesh Babasaheb, OSD, Mulugu, was transferred and posted as SP, Rajanna Sircilla, replacing Mr. Akhil Mahajan.
- Mr. Ankit Kumar Sahkhwar, who was waiting for posting, was posted as DCP, Warangal East, replacing Mr. P. Ravinder, SP (Non-Cadre).
- Mr. A. Bhaskar, who was waiting for posting, was posted as DCP, Mancherial, Ramagundam.
- Mr. K. Narasimha, who was waiting for posting, was posted as SP, Suryapet, replacing Mr. Sunpreet Singh.
- Ms. K. Shilpavalli, who was waiting for posting, was posted as DCP, Central Zone, replacing Mr. Akshansh Yadav.
- Mr. Y. Saisekhar, who was waiting for posting, was posted as SP, SIB, Intelligence.
- Mr. P. Karunakar, SP (Non-Cadre), who was waiting for posting, was posted as DCP, Peddapalli-Ramagundam, replacing Ms. Chetna Mylabhutala.
- Upon transfer, Mr. P. Ravinder was posted as CID SP in the existing vacancy.
This large-scale reshuffle is aimed at strengthening law enforcement across Telangana, ensuring effective policing and administrative efficiency.
