Amaravati, AP: In a significant bureaucratic overhaul, the Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has transferred and given new postings to 29 IAS officers and 2 officers from the Central Civil Services. The move comes as part of a major administrative reshuffle aimed at strengthening governance across key departments and state-run corporations.
Key Appointments in Health, Agriculture, Education, and Energy Sectors
- K.V.N. Chakradhar Babu, previously awaiting posting, has been appointed as Director of Secondary Health in the Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department.
- Manazir Jeelani Samoon, MD of AP-MARKFED, has been posted as Director of Agriculture and given Full Additional Charge (FAC) as VC & MD of AP State Agro Industries Development Corporation.
- Pattanshetti Ravi Subash has been appointed Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.
- Siva Sankar Lotheti has been named Chairman and Managing Director of AP Southern Power Distribution Corporation Ltd.
Transfers in Civil Supplies, School Education, and Housing
- S. Dilli Rao, previously Director of Agriculture, is now VC & MD of AP State Civil Supplies Corporation, with FAC of Controller, Legal Metrology.
- P. Ranjit Basha has been appointed Director of Intermediate Education and given FAC as Commissioner of School Infrastructure in the School Education Department.
- P. Arun Babu has been named VC & MD of AP State Housing Corporation and Commissioner of AP Weaker Sections Housing Program.

- J.V. Murali has been posted as Additional Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA).
- T.S. Chetan is now Joint Secretary in the Office of CCLA.
- K.S. Viswanathan, former VMRDA Commissioner, becomes Director of Information & Public Relations and Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary, GAD.

- C. Vishnu Charan, Nandyal JC, becomes Deputy Secretary in the Social Welfare Department.
- Abhishek Kumar, JC of Sri Satya Sai district, is posted as CEO of AP Maritime Board, with FAC as VC & MD of Maritime Infrastructure Development Corporation.
- Kollabathula Karthik is now JC of Nandyal district.
- Shubham Bansal, JC of Tirupati, is appointed Director of Industries.
- Abhishek Gowda, JC of ASR district, moves to Eluru district as JC.
- Noorul Quamer, Deputy Secretary in Finance, is now JC of Kurnool district.

- Prasanna Venkatesh, Secretary of APSWREIS, gets FAC of VC & MD, Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd.
- IRS officer Muralidhar Kommisetty becomes MD of AP Dairy Development Corporation and Special Officer of the AP-Amul Project.
- IFS officer S. Bharani, MD of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, now holds FAC as Commissioner of Youth Services and MD of AP Society for Training and Employment Promotion.
