Boost to Arunachal Pradesh’s Economy and Employment

Chief Minister Mr. Pema Khandu welcomed the new mining venture, highlighting its potential to stimulate the state’s economy through job creation and steady revenue generation. He expressed optimism that the project will empower local communities and attract further investments in the region’s mining and industrial sectors.

Contribution to Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Regional Growth

The Namchik Namphuk Coal Mine is expected to play a pivotal role in accelerating development across the North East. Beyond bolstering employment and industrial growth locally, it will also enhance the region’s contribution to India’s broader energy security goals and the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

This landmark project marks a significant step in integrating Arunachal Pradesh into India’s strategic energy landscape, promising a brighter economic future for the state and the entire region.
