New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has announced that Mr. Ashutosh Dwivedi, Director (Technical/Project & Planning), has assumed additional charge as Director (Technical/Operations) following the retirement of Mr. S. P. Singh on Saturday.
