Bengaluru/New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) marked another milestone in its journey of excellence as BEL-Kotdwara received a prestigious award at the 33rd CII Excellence Summit held in Bengaluru. The honour was accepted by Mr. Kamesh Kasana, Director (Other Units), along with Mr. Ambrish Tripathi, GM (Kotdwara), on behalf of the unit.

BEL has been a regular and strong participant in the CII Excellence competition for over a decade. Over the years, multiple BEL units have earned top recognitions in the Role Model, Excellence, and Platinum categories, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to quality, innovation and organisational excellence.

BEL Leadership Shares Insights on Viksit Bharat Vision 2047

At the summit, Mr. Rajnish Sharma, Director (BG Cx), participated in a high-level panel discussion on the theme “Measuring What Matters: Performance Metrics, Deliverables and Outcomes for Viksit Bharat 2047.”
He elaborated on BEL’s extensive range of defence solutions and emphasised the strategic importance of the company’s indigenous technologies for national security.

Highlight on BEL’s Air Defence Systems

Mr. Sharma underscored the crucial role played by BEL’s advanced air defence systems, particularly during Operation Sindoor, where these systems were instrumental in strengthening India’s defensive capabilities. His remarks highlighted BEL’s ongoing contribution to enhancing the nation’s technological edge in defence preparedness.
