SCOPE Academy Launches Executive Development Program to Strengthen CPSE Leadership and Market Skills

Week-long training for junior and mid-level executives from 16 CPSEs focuses on personal effectiveness, leadership, and navigating complex business environments

New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen the capabilities of executives within Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), the SCOPE Academy of Public Sector Enterprises (APSE) inaugurated a week-long Executive Development Program for junior and mid-level managers. The program was formally inaugurated by Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, highlighting the organization’s commitment to skill development and effective leadership.

Program Focus: Navigating a Dynamic Market Landscape

The Executive Development Program brought together 35 executives from 16 CPSEs across the country. The training, themed “The Career Journey to Personal Effectiveness,” was designed to equip participants with the skills needed to navigate today’s complex and volatile market environment. The program emphasized leadership, decision-making, and personal effectiveness, aiming to prepare executives for higher responsibilities in their organizations.

Interactive Learning and Knowledge Sharing

Throughout the week, participants engaged in sessions covering a range of topics relevant to modern organizational challenges. The program included interactive workshops, case studies, and group discussions, enabling participants to share experiences and learn practical strategies for handling operational, managerial, and market-related challenges within their respective enterprises.

Concluding Session and Certificate Distribution

The program concluded with a session led by Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (HR) at Central Warehousing Corporation and Member of the SCOPE Executive Board. She addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of applying the skills learned during the training to their professional roles. Certificates were distributed to all attendees, marking the successful completion of the program and their readiness to take on greater responsibilities within CPSEs.
