Bengaluru: BEML Limited has announced a change in its senior financial leadership as Director (Finance) Anil Jerath retired from the company on superannuation with effect from the closing hours of August 31, 2026.
Following his retirement, BEML Chairman and Managing Director Shantanu Roy has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Finance) with effect from September 1, 2026.
The company disclosed the leadership change to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Anil Jerath Retires as BEML Director (Finance)
BEML formally informed the stock exchanges about the cessation of Anil Jerath’s services as Director (Finance).
His tenure with the company concluded due to superannuation, and he was relieved from his services at BEML at the close of business on August 31, 2026.
The change marks the end of Jerath’s tenure in one of BEML’s key executive positions responsible for overseeing the company’s financial functions.

Shantanu Roy Gets Additional Charge of Director (Finance)
Following Jerath’s retirement, BEML CMD Shantanu Roy will take on the additional responsibility of Director (Finance).
The arrangement will come into effect from September 1, 2026.
