Vikas Jakhar (IRS 2016 batch) has received the first prize under the Rajbhasha Gaurav Award Scheme for the year 2020-2021, in the presence of Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Amit Shah at Vigyan Bhawan on the occasion of Hindi Divas.
He is an Indian Revenue Service officer who qualified thrice in UPSC-CSE with ranks. Vikas Jakhar has secured Rank 275 in Civil Services Examination, 2015. He is graduated from IIT Roorkee. and is a good orator and a great presenter with a creative bent of mind.
