J&K: 11 Officers, Including 4 Senior JKAS, Reshuffled

On 16 February, the government of Jammu and Kashmir mandated the reshuffling of 11 bureaucrats, including four senior Jammu Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers. As per the official circular, the Assistant Director at District Employment and Counselling Centre, Rajouri, Mukhlis Ali, was instructed to assume office as the Assistant Director at District Employment and Counselling Centre in Poonch. The Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) in Jammu, Ms. Sapna (JKAS), has been posted as the ALC Udhampur, substituting Pradyot Gupta. The ALC in Kulgam, Mr. Adnan Tariq, has been mandated to assume office as the ALC in Doda.

Rupal Jasrotia, while awaiting orders of adjustment in the Labour and Employment Department, was instructed to assume charge as the ALC in Ramban. The ALC in Srinagar, Mr. Arshad Qadir Bhat, was transferred and posted as the ALC in Kupwara.

Mr. Pradyot Gupta, incumbent as the ALC in Udhampur, has been reshuffled as the ALC in Rajouri. Ms. Roopali Gandotra, ALC in the J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (B&OCWWB), has been transferred to the ALC’s office in Kathua. Rabia Iqbal, ALC in Baramulla, got transferred and posted as the ALC in Bandipora. The ALC in Rajouri, Ms. Manisha, was asked to assume charge as the ALC in J&K B&OCWWB.

Mohammad Arif, the ALC in Bandipora, was transferred and posted as the new ALC in Poonch. Mr. Naresh Kumar, incumbent as the Employment Officer, and entrusted with the charge of Assistant Director Employment in Kathua, got transferred to the office of the Directorate of Employment in Jammu & Kashmir.
