Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNNA) is an apex training institute for Civil Services Officers in India. Recently LBSNNA launched its “First Customized Training Programme for the Civil Services officers from Arunachal Pradesh”. The programme has been organized by the Centre for North East Studies. 54 young officers have enrolled for the course. They are attending the course and taking benefit of this initiative.
On the inauguration day of the Course, participants were addressed by Mr Naresh Kumar, Chief Secretary Arunachal Pradesh, and Mr Srinivas R Katikithala, Director of LBSNAA.
Director LBSNNA, Mr Srinivas emphasized the importance of a continuous learning environment starting from induction to all stages for civil servants.
