New Delhi: In a significant administrative move, Manoj Kumar has been appointed as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) in Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), Belapur.
Manoj Kumar is currently serving as Joint Secretary (Parliament) in the Railway Board and is expected to assume charge of the new post in the first week of June.
He belongs to the 1997 batch of the Railway Board Secretariat Service (RBSS).
Milan Kumar Singh Deputed to IRCON for Sivok-Rangpo Rail Project
In another important railway-sector appointment, the Railway Board under the Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Milan Kumar Singh to IRCON International Limited.

Milan Kumar Singh, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), is presently serving as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Lumding under the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR).
He has been selected for appointment as Chief General Manager (Civil) for the strategically important Sivok-Rangpo Rail Project in Siliguri, West Bengal.
The Sivok-Rangpo rail link is considered a crucial infrastructure project aimed at enhancing rail connectivity to Sikkim.
Vineetha Ottapurakkal Kallada Appointed Deputy Secretary in NHRC
Meanwhile, Vineetha Ottapurakkal Kallada has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
An Indian Statistical Service (ISS) officer of the 2014 batch, Vineetha Kallada was recommended for central deputation by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation.
According to the order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the competent authority has approved her appointment for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Key Administrative Changes Across Railways and Central Institutions
The appointments reflect ongoing administrative reshuffles across railway institutions and central government bodies, with experienced officers being assigned strategic operational and policy roles.
