Raipur: On the occasion of Guru Ghasidas Jayanti, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the Mega Health Camp–2025 in Raipur, promising free medical consultation and treatment for the general public. Scheduled to run from 18 to 22 December 2025, the camp is being held at the Ayurvedic College campus and will operate daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Largest Health Camp in Chhattisgarh
Organizers have described Mega Health Camp–2025 as the largest health camp ever organized in Chhattisgarh, with experienced doctors and specialists from across the country offering their services. The camp aims to provide citizens with access to quality healthcare and early diagnosis and treatment of serious medical conditions.
Thousands Already Registered
The registration process for the five-day camp has seen an overwhelming response, with over 18,000 people already registered to receive free medical services. According to Rajesh Munat, MLA of West Raipur and one of the camp organizers, the primary goal is to provide comprehensive healthcare under a single roof—from diagnosis to treatment—so that patients do not have to visit multiple facilities for different health concerns.

Systematic Checkups and Specialized Care
The camp has been organized to manage 8,000 to 10,000 patient checkups daily, ensuring smooth coordination between registration, consultation, and treatment. Leading doctors from across India, as well as specialists from prominent hospitals in Chhattisgarh, are participating.
In view of the rising cases of breast cancer, a special team and advanced machinery have been brought in from Delhi to provide immediate diagnosis and treatment for women in need.
MLA Appeals to Public
Rajesh Munat appealed to citizens to prioritize their health and that of their families by attending the camp. He emphasized that all services at the camp are completely free of charge, reinforcing the government’s commitment to accessible healthcare for all.
The Mega Health Camp–2025 represents a significant step in bringing specialized medical services to the doorstep of the people, making advanced healthcare accessible to thousands in a single location.
