On Tuesday, Mr. Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy congratulated the students from Government Social Welfare & Gurukul Institutions who had scored high ranks in the IIT- JEE Advanced Examination.
He said in his interaction with the students that many IAS and IPS officers have come from economically weak backgrounds and reached higher positions. He asked the students to reach higher positions and motivated them to work hard for it. He gave the example of three IAS officers – Mr. Muthyala Raju, Mr. Kantilal Dande, and Ms. Sunita. They all came from a very poor background but became IAS officers. He advised students to work hard as nothing is impossible if efforts are made in the right direction. After the interaction Chief Minister also distributed the laptops to students.
