New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has announced changes in its senior management, with the promotion of Swayambhu Arya as Executive Director (P&S) and Shrikant V. Janbandhu as Executive Director (C&O).
The company disclosed the appointments through an office order dated August 24, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Swayambhu Arya Appointed Executive Director (P&S)
Swayambhu Arya has taken charge as Executive Director (P&S) on promotion. His absorption is effective from July 29, 2026.
Arya is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) with around 27 years of experience in the logistics and transport sector.
His professional experience includes work across several important areas of the Railways and CONCOR, including:
- Operations
- Maintenance
- Projects
- Production
- Logistics and transport
He holds management and engineering graduate degrees and has also served as a faculty member at the National Academy of Indian Railways, where he contributed to managerial capacity building.
His extensive experience across railway and logistics operations is expected to support his responsibilities in his new role at CONCOR.

Shrikant V. Janbandhu Takes Charge as Executive Director (C&O)
Shrikant V. Janbandhu has been promoted as Executive Director (C&O), with his absorption effective from August 6, 2026.
Janbandhu is an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and has extensive experience in the Traffic Department of Indian Railways as well as RITES Limited.
Before joining CONCOR, he served as Executive Director (Coaching) at the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways.
He holds an MBBS degree and a BA (Additional) in Psychology.
His experience in railway traffic management and operations adds significant expertise to CONCOR’s senior management team.
CONCOR Strengthens Senior Management
The elevation of the two senior Railway officers brings extensive experience in railway operations, logistics, transport and management to CONCOR’s senior leadership.
The appointments were formalised through the company’s August 24, 2026 office order and disclosed to the stock exchanges under the applicable SEBI regulations.
The move is expected to further strengthen CONCOR’s leadership capabilities as the company continues to focus on efficient logistics and multimodal transportation services.
