EESL Partners With Raygas Engineering on GHG Emission Assessment, ESG and Sustainability Initiatives

New Delhi: Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raygas Engineering to collaborate on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission assessment, carbon management, environmental, social and governance (ESG), sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives.

The collaboration aims to support efforts towards measurable climate action and sustainable growth through technical cooperation in carbon management and decarbonisation. It also reflects EESL’s continued focus on helping organisations advance their sustainability goals and transition towards low-carbon growth.

EESL and Raygas Engineering MoU Signing Ceremony

The MoU was signed in the presence of Akhilesh Dixit, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EESL.

EESL was represented at the signing ceremony by Pran Saurabh and Vidya Sagar Sharma, while R. K. Singh represented Raygas Engineering.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration between the two organisations across key areas of climate action, emissions assessment and sustainability.

Partnership to Focus on GHG Emissions and Decarbonisation

Under the collaboration, EESL and Raygas Engineering will work together in areas related to emissions assessment, carbon management and sustainable business practices.

The key focus areas include:

  • GHG emission assessment: Supporting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions to help organisations better understand their emissions profile.
  • Carbon management: Advancing approaches to manage carbon emissions and support climate-related objectives.
  • ESG initiatives: Supporting environmental, social and governance-related efforts.
  • Sustainability: Promoting initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth.
  • Decarbonisation: Supporting efforts to reduce carbon emissions and move towards low-carbon operations.

The partnership is intended to strengthen technical collaboration and help organisations translate their climate commitments into measurable action.

Commenting on the collaboration, Anil Kumar Choudhary, Head – Sustainability and Clean Tech at EESL, said robust GHG assessment and carbon management are essential for translating climate commitments into measurable action.

He added that the collaboration would support organisations in their journey towards sustainable and low-carbon growth.

The statement highlights the importance of reliable emissions assessment and structured carbon management in advancing sustainability objectives.
