New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) celebrated a landmark recognition as two of its senior leaders received top honors at the IPMA Global Project Profession Forum 2026. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, General Manager (Projects), and Seema Gurnani, AGM (Projects), were awarded for their exceptional leadership and contributions to project management excellence.

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta Wins National Project Leadership Award

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, GM (Projects) at EIL, was conferred the National Project Leadership Award by Project Management Associates (PMA) India. The award was presented during the IPMA Global Project Profession Forum 2026, held on February 13–14, 2026.

This recognition highlights his outstanding leadership in executing large-scale projects, reinforcing EIL’s reputation for robust project management frameworks and successful project delivery across complex assignments.

Seema Gurnani Honoured as Women Project Leader of the Year

She was recognized for her exceptional leadership in delivering the Mongol Refinery Project, a strategically significant international energy infrastructure initiative.
