In a strategic move to accelerate infrastructure growth in Rajasthan, Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPI), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rajasthan Financial Services Delivery Limited (RFSDL), a Government of Rajasthan undertaking.
The agreement, signed on April 25, aims to facilitate joint planning and execution of public infrastructure projects across the state. EPI’s Executive Director Biswajit Biswas and RFSDL’s Executive Director (Admin) Manish Mathur signed the MoU in the presence of senior officials, including EPI General Manager Abdul Aleem and RFSDL Advisor (Finance) Vimal Kumar Gupta.
Under the MoU, EPI will contribute its technical expertise and project management capabilities to assist RFSDL in implementing key infrastructure projects. The collaboration is expected to significantly improve the delivery and quality of infrastructure in sectors such as roads, buildings, water supply, power, and industrial development.

RFSDL, which provides consultancy to various state departments and PSUs in Rajasthan, is focused on accelerating the planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities. With EPI’s track record of executing over 33 international projects worth more than USD 1 billion across countries including Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bhutan, the partnership promises to bring national-level experience to state-level development.
The MoU marks a step forward in public sector collaboration aimed at enhancing Rajasthan’s infrastructure ecosystem.
