‘Manadaala’ the autobiography of former IPS officer and chairman of CMR University K C Ramamurthy’s has been released on Sunday. Mr. Ramamurthy took VRS in 2007 and also served as an MP. ‘Manadaala’, means from within the heart and the book recounts the officer’s journey through the people he met. In the first part of the book, the officer wrote about 100 people who moulded his life.  

“The book is not in an autobiography format. It speaks about people and does not delve into details of my service as an IPS officer or my achievements. It is completely dedicated to the people who have changed my life,” he said in a media interview. 

This book is his gratitude towards people who contributed in his life. Through the book he recounted the journey and the role his friends and family played in his life. This is the first part and it took more than two and half years to finish. In the next part, he will share more of such stories.
