Lucknow, March 22, 2025 – In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Lucknow police have transferred several IPS officers to strengthen law enforcement, enhance women’s safety, and improve modern policing strategies.
According to the official order, Ms. Raveena Tyagi, who was previously serving as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Central, has now been appointed as DCP, Intelligence & Security.
Similarly, Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Dixit, currently DCP, Crime, has been assigned the additional responsibility of DCP, Women’s Crime.
Ms. Saumya Pandey, who was serving as Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Traffic, has now been transferred as ACP, Women’s Crime, with additional responsibility for UP-112 and the Social Media Cell.
Another major transfer in the women’s safety division is that of Anshu Jain, who was previously ACP, Women’s Crime and has now been appointed as ACP, Traffic.
