The state government of Karnataka has transferred and posted four IPS officers. According to the orders, IPS officer of 2007 batch Amit Singh has been made DIG, Southern Range, Mysuru. He was earlier serving as DIG, Western Range, Mangaluru.
Dr. M.B. Boralingaiah, who was earlier serving as DIG, Southern Range, Mysuru, has been given the charge of DIG, Western Range, Mangaluru. He is an IPS officer of 2008 batch and Karnataka cadre.
Shiva Prakash Devaraju of 2014 batch has been posted has SP, Kalaburgi. He was earlier serving as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, South Division, Bengaluru city. In his place, Adduru Srinivasulu has been made the new Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, South Division, Bengaluru city. Mr. Srinivasulu, who is an IPS officer of 2017 batch, was earlier serving as SP, Kalaburgi.
