Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reiterated the state government’s commitment to farmers’ welfare, stating that solar power pumps will soon be made available to a larger section of farmers. This initiative will free them from the burden of electricity bills permanently. He added that farmers are receiving Rs. 6,000 each from both the Central and State Governments under the Samman Nidhi scheme, amounting to Rs. 12,000 annually.
Dr. Yadav also highlighted that all Laadli sisters of the state will receive Rs. 1,500 per month starting from Bhai Dooj after Diwali, ensuring social and financial security for women.
Boost to Education and Youth Empowerment
The Chief Minister stressed the importance of education and revealed that students scoring above 75 percent in board exams are being awarded laptops, while meritorious students are also receiving scooties, bicycles, and uniforms. He emphasized that no part of Madhya Pradesh will remain untouched by development and the youth will continue to benefit from government-backed educational schemes.
Inauguration of Projects Worth Over Rs. 52 Crore
During the program in Rajodha, Dr. Yadav inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development works worth Rs. 52.59 crore. This includes the newly constructed Sandipani Vidyalaya building costing Rs. 37.67 crore and the Bhoomi Pujan of a new Government College building valued at Rs. 14.92 crore. The college will be named after Maharaja Mansingh Tomar and will soon begin offering multiple faculties and courses.
Promoting Cultural Heritage and Religious Tourism
Marking Radhastami, Dr. Yadav described the inauguration of the Sandipani Vidyalaya building as a proud moment for the state. He announced that Sandipani schools will be opened in every city, drawing inspiration from Lord Krishna’s guru, Sandipani. The government is also developing Madhya Pradesh into a hub of religious tourism, connecting culture with modern education.
Leaders Highlight Chambal’s Development
Vidhan Sabha Speaker Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar praised Dr. Yadav’s determination and said the development push is reaching every village. He confirmed that over 240 students are currently enrolled in the college, and with new faculties like BSc and BCom, more than 500 girl students will directly benefit.
MP Mr. Shivmangal Singh Tomar appreciated the Chief Minister’s efforts in expanding educational opportunities and highlighted Chambal’s contribution to the state’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
Religious Visit to Asmani Mata Temple
During his visit to Morena, Dr. Yadav also offered prayers at the Asmani Mata Temple in Porsa tehsil, which is the ancestral village of Vidhan Sabha Speaker Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar. The Chief Minister interacted with devotees and prayed for the prosperity and welfare of the people.
