Shri Bhupender Yadav, Union Minister for Labour & Employment and Environment, Forest & Climate Change, today released a Handbook on Convergence of several entities under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
The handbook contains Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for achieving field-level convergence through collaborative efforts among verticals for information exchange, worker grievance redressal, and raising awareness about the availability of various services provided by the Ministry and its Organizations.
Ms. Arti Ahuja, Secretary, Labour & Employment, and other officers from the Ministry and its Organizations attended the occasion both physically and virtually. A total of 2013 officers and officials from Ministry of Labour and Employment field offices participated in the function via webcast.
