In a significant move in Harayana Police, the Nayab Singh Saini led state government has issued orders for the transfer and posting of 8 IPS officers on Friday night. The reshuffle includes key changes across various senior positions in the state police force.
The following are the details of the transfers and postings:
Dr. Arshinder Singh Chawla (IPS 1993:HY) has been transferred from his current position as ADGP, Haryana State Enforcement Bureau, with additional responsibilities as Director of Vigilance & Security, HPUs, Panchkula, and Director/SCRB, Panchkula. He has now been appointed as the Director of Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban, Karnal.
Krishan Kumar Rao (IPS 1996:HY), previously serving as ADGP, Rohtak Range with additional charges as Director of HPA and ADGP, Police Complex, Sunana, Rohtak, has been assigned the additional charge of Commissioner of Police, Sonipat.
Amitabh Singh Dhillon (IPS 1997:HY), who has been serving as ADGP, M&W, will now take on the additional charge of ADGP, Haryana State Enforcement Bureau, cum Director of Vigilance & Security, HPUs, Panchkula.
Saurabh Singh (IPS 1998:HY), currently ADGP of CID, has been given the additional charge of ADGP, CPT&R, Bhondsi.
Sibash Kabiraj (IPS 1999:HY), IGP of Ambala Range with additional responsibilities of IGP, SCRB and Cyber, has been appointed to take on the additional charge of Director, SCRB, Panchkula.
Satender Kumar Gupta (IPS 2004:HY), who was serving as Commissioner of Police, Sonipat, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.
Gaurav (IPS 2018:HY), currently serving as SP in Rewari, has been transferred to the post of DCP, East, Gurugram.
Mayank Gupta (IPS 2010:HY), who was serving as DCP of East Gurugram, will now take over as SP of Rewari.
These changes are part of a routine reshuffle in the Haryana Police to ensure effective governance and to meet the evolving security needs of the state.
