Several officers of the Himachal Pradesh cadre of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have disclosed details of their immovable assets for the year 2025, revealing ownership of high-value flats, houses, agricultural land and commercial properties spread across multiple states.

Under central service conduct rules, all All India Service officers are required every year to submit details of movable and immovable assets to ensure transparency, monitor sources of acquisition and maintain accountability within the administrative system.
The latest declarations show that many senior officers acquired assets through personal savings, bank loans, house building advances, ancestral shares or family-linked ownership structures.
