New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited has announced the appointment of Kulveer Singh Yadav as Part-time Official (Government Nominee) Director on its Board with immediate effect. The appointment was made through an order issued by the Ministry of Mines dated May 4, 2026, in accordance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
Board-Level Change in Leadership
Kulveer Singh Yadav, currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines, has been appointed to the Board of Hindustan Copper Limited. He succeeds Shakil Alam, who previously held the position of Government Nominee Director.
The company confirmed that the appointment is effective immediately and will continue until further orders, as per Article 70 of the company’s Articles of Association.

The company stated that all statutory formalities related to the appointment are currently being completed. Further regulatory disclosures and updates will be made as per applicable corporate governance norms and SEBI regulations.
