New Delhi: Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) participated in the National Defence Industry Conclave 2026, held on March 19–20 at the Manekshaw Centre. The conclave served as a premier platform bringing together defence leaders, policymakers, industry stakeholders, and MSMEs to strengthen India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem.

HSL contributed to key technical sessions at the conclave, sharing insights into emerging trends and opportunities in the sector.
- Rohit Gaur highlighted the importance of Defence MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and lifecycle support, along with the growing role of MSMEs.
- Sadasiva Rao emphasized collaboration opportunities in shipbuilding, modular construction, refits, upgrades, and export platforms.
These sessions underscored HSL’s technical expertise and its vision for expanding capabilities in both domestic and global markets.
