Chennai: HLL Lifecare Limited and V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority (VOCPA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish and operate a Hindlabs Diagnostic Centre at VOC Port Trust Hospital. The facility aims to provide quality, reliable and accurate clinical laboratory services to port employees and their dependents.
The MoU was signed and exchanged on October 20, 2026, marking a step towards strengthening diagnostic healthcare services at the port hospital.

The MoU was exchanged by Jayakumar A., Deputy Vice President of the HCS Division at HLL Lifecare Limited, and Dr. P. Naresh Kumar, Chief Medical Officer at VOC Port Trust Hospital.
Several officials from the V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority were also present during the exchange.
Under the agreement, HLL Lifecare Limited will establish and operate the Hindlabs Diagnostic Centre at VOC Port Trust Hospital. The centre is intended to support the hospital’s healthcare services by providing dependable clinical laboratory testing facilities.

Hindlabs Centre to Provide Diagnostic Services to Port Employees
