HP: Govt Directs 3 IPS Officers to Report to Police Headquarters Amid Major HPPS Reshuffle

In a significant reshuffling of the Himachal Pradesh Police Service (HPPS), the state government has transferred 17 officers.

Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh government has issued directives for three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers to report to the Police Headquarters in Shimla. The officers involved are Aditi Singh, the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Paonta Sahib, Ravindra Kumar, the SDPO of Rohru, and Sachin Hiremath. The respective appointment orders for these officers will be issued separately, confirming their new assignments.

Aditi Singh, a 2021-batch IPS officer, and Sachin Hiremath, a 2020-batch officer, have both been instructed to report to the Police Headquarters following the completion of Hiremath’s Special Foundation Course. Ravindra Kumar, also a 2020-batch officer, has received similar instructions.

  • Ashish Sharma (2008-batch HPPS), Additional SP, SV&ACB Shimla, transferred to ASP, 2nd IRBn, Sakoh, Kangra.
  • Narbir Singh (2008-batch HPPS), ASP (Traffic, Tourist & Railways), transferred to ASP (Leave Reserve), SV&ACB Shimla.
  • Renu Kumari (SP, SV&ACB Hamirpur), transferred to ASP (Leave Reserve) at Police Headquarters.
  • Partap Singh (DSP, HPIPS, Daroh), transferred to DSP, SV&ACB Hamirpur.
  • Manohar Lal (DSP, 4th IRBn, Jangalberi, Hamirpur), transferred to SDPO Baijnath, Kangra.
  • Lal Man (DSP, 5th IRBn, Bassi, Bilaspur), transferred to SDPO Barsar, Bilaspur.
  • Kamal Kishore (DSP, C&TS, Shimla), transferred to DSP, SV&ACB Police Station, Shimla.
  • Anil Kumar (SDPO, Baijnath), transferred to DSP, Police Training College, Daroh.
  • Vipan Kumar (DSP, SV&ACB Shimla), transferred to DSP, Cyber Crime Police Station, Shimla.
  • Vikram Chauhan (DSP, Crime, CID Shimla), transferred to DSP, City Shimla.
  • Pranav Chauhan (DSP, 6th IRBn, Dhaulakuan, Sirmour), transferred to SDPO Rohru.
  • Raj Kumar (SDPO Bhabanagar, Kinnaur), transferred to SDPO Dadasiba, Kangra.
  • Sunil Dutt (DSP, Leave Reserve, Hamirpur), transferred to DSP, 4th IRBn Jangalberi, Hamirpur.
  • Amit Angrish (DSP, 1st IRBn, Bangarh, Una), transferred to DSP, 6th IRBn, Dhaulakuan.
  • Vikram Singh (DSP, 6th IRBn, Dhaulakuan), transferred to DSP, 5th IRBn, Bassi.
  • Manavendra Thakur (DSP, City Shimla), transferred to SDPO Paonta Sahib.
  • Harish Kumar (DSP, Police Training College, Daroh), transferred to DSP (Leave Reserve), Hamirpur.
