New Delhi: State-owned Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has announced the completion of tenure for two of its Independent Directors, Mr. Kantilal Chaturbhai Patel and Sabitha Bojan, who officially ceased to hold their positions on April 6, 2026.
Board Composition Update
Both directors were appointed for a one-year term by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, with the appointment order issued on April 7, 2025. Their term concluded in line with government guidelines, and the company formally acknowledged their exit in compliance with regulatory norms.
HUDCO communicated this development to both the BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, with the filing signed by Vikas Goyal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
