Digha: West Bengal: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) took a significant step in promoting sustainable agriculture as Dr. S. P. Mohanty, Managing Director of HURL, delivered the inaugural address at the Fertiliser Management Development Programme (FMDP) in Digha.
