Four IAS officers were reshuffled across the state of Bihar. The incumbent secretary in the Department of Revenue and Land Reform Department, Mr. Dayanidhan Pandey (2006 batch), was made the secretary in the Department of Minor Water Resources, replacing Dr. Ashima Jain (2008 batch), who was made secretary in the Department of Housing & Urban Development.
Mr. Giriwal Dayal Singh (2008 batch), the incumbent Commissioner of the Department of Sugarcane Industry, was transferred and posted as a secretary in the Revenue Board, replacing Mr. Anil Kumar Jha (2012 batch), who replaced Mr. Singh as the new Commissioner of the Department of Sugarcane Industry.
