Punjab: 12 IAS Officers Gets Addl. Charges of Officers Proceeded for Training

2009 batch IAS officer Isha, who is the Joint MD-cum-CEO, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company has been given additional charge of 2007 batch IAS officer Devinder Pal Singh of Kharbanda.

As 12 IAS officers of Punjab are away from the headquarters for the Mandatory Mid Training Career Programme of Phase III, 12 IAS officers have been given additional charge. Their names are:

  • Mohinder Pal, IAS (2008) who is posted as Director Information Technology and in addition Managing Director, Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited (Punjab INFOTECH) has been given additional charge of IAS officer Babita of 2009 batch.
  • 2009 batch IAS officer Isha, who is the Joint MD-cum-CEO, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company has been given additional charge of 2007 batch IAS officer Devinder Pal Singh of Kharbanda.
  • 2009 batch IAS officer Gurpreet Singh Khaira, who is the Director Rural Development and Panchayats and ex-officio Special Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats and In addition Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi Sarbat Vikas Yojna (MGSVY) has been given additional charges of 2012 batch IAS officer Bhupinder Singh-II.
  • 2010 batch IAS officer Ghanshyam Thori, who is the Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has been given additional charges of 2008 batch IAS officer Amarpal Singh.
  • 2010 batch IAS officer Kumar Amit who is the Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Punjab and in addition Managing Director, Punjab Small Industries Export Corporation has been given additional charges of Internal Arrangement for the post of Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Punjab and Sibin C, IAS (2005) shall hold charge of Managing Director, Punjab Small Industries Export Corporation.
  • 2010 batch IAS officer Vimal Kumar Setia, who is the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab has been given additional charges of 2006 batch IAS officer Amit Dhaka.
  • 2010 batch IAS officer Sandeep Hans who is the Special Secretary, General administration and coordination and in addition Special Secretary. Printing and stationery has been given additional charges of Internal Arrangement by the Administrative Department.
  • 2011 batch IAS officer Girish Dalayan, who is the Special Secretary, Governance Reforms & Public Grievances and in addition Director, Governance Reforms & Public Grievances and in addition Director MGSIPA has been given additional charge of IAS officer Parminder Pal Singh.
  • 2012 batch IAS officer Surabhi Malik who is the Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana has been given additional charge of 2014 batch IAS officer Jaspreet Singh.
  • 2012 batch IAS officer Sanyam Aggarwal who is the Deputy Commissioner Malerkotia has been given additional charges of 2014 batch IAS officer Jitendra Jorwal.
  • 2012 batch IAS officer Kulwant Singh who is the Deputy Commissioner Moga has been given additional charges of 2013 batch IAS officer Poonamdeep Kaur.
  • 2012 batch IAS officer Brahmneet Kaur who is the Director, Excise and Taxation (Goods and Service Tax) has been given additional charges of Internal Arrangements by the Administrative Department.
