1994 batch IAS officer of Nagaland cadre, Mr. Piyush Goyal’s tenure as CEO of NATGRID (National Intelligence Grid) has been extended by central government. He is on deputation.
As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) on 27th of September, 2023, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has granted approval to extend Mr. Goyal’s deputation tenure.
This extension is effective beyond the original end date of March 25, 2024, and is now valid up to November 19, 2025, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
