Telangana: 10 IAS Transferred; A Nirmala Kanthi Wesley Posted as Director, Women & Child Development

In a bureaucratic reshuffle, 10 Indian Administrative Service officials have been transferred by the state government of Telangana. The officers and their new postings are – 

  • IAS officer, Mr. E. Naveen Nicolas, of 2018 batch has been appointed as the Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). He has previously worked as a Joint Collector in the Tribal Welfare Dept of Telangana. 
  • IAS officer, Ms. B. Bala Maya Devi, of the 2005 batch has been appointed as the Commissioner of Backward Class Welfare. 
  • IAS officer, Ms. Anita Ramachandran of the 2004 batch has been appointed as Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. She earlier served as Joint Collector, Anantapur District. 
  • IAS officer, Ms. K. Seetha Lakshmi of the 2011 batch has been appointed as Secretary, of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society [TSWREIS] and Secretary of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutional Society [TTWREIS]. 
  • IAS officer, Mr. V.S.N.V. Prasad of the 1988 batch has been appointed as the Director of Civil Supplies. He was earlier posted as the Director of the Zoo Parks, Hyderabad. 
  • IAS officer, Ms. A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley of 2016 batch has been appointed as Director of Women Child Development and Scheduled Caste [WCD&SC]. 
  • IAS officer, Mr. B. Gopi of 2016 batch has been appointed as the Commissioner of Fisheries. He was earlier posted as Director of Agriculture. 
  • IAS officer, Mr. Hanumantha Rao of the 2013 batch has been appointed as Special Commissioner of Information and Public Relations [I&Pr]. 
  • IAS officer, Mr. K. Ashok Reddy of 2014 batch has been appointed as Director of Horticulture. 
  • IAS officer, Mr. G. Phaneendra Reddy, of 1990 batch has been appointed as Chief Rationing officer of Hyderabad.
