In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Uttarakhand, the Pushkar Singh Dhami led state government has transferred and posted 25 officers, including 11 IAS officers.
In these transfers, while the Chief Municipal Officers of many districts have been changed, some IAS officers have also been given the responsibility of Chief Development Officer and Additional Secretary in the Government.
On the other hand, many PCS officers have been given the responsibility of Deputy Collector and SDM in different districts and the responsibility of many departments.
2017 batch IAS officer and Dehradun Municipal Corporation Commissioner Manuj Goyal has been moved out made Additional Secretary of Rural Development.
While Mr. Sandeep Tiwari, an IAS officer of 2017 batch, removed from the post of CDO Nainital. He will remain MD KMVN.
IAS Varun Chaudhary, another 2017 batch IAS officer, made Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Haridwar. He was serving as CDO Pithoragarh.
IAS Nandan Kumar, an IAS officer of 2019 batch, made CDO Pithoragarh. He was Joint Magistrate, Mussoorie.
2019 batch IAS officer Abhinav Shah has been appointed as CDO Chamoli. He was Joint Magistrate, Roorkee.
IAS Dinesh Sashni, an IAS officer of 2020 batch, made Joint Magistrate Roorkee. He was Deputy Collector, Pithoragarh.
2020 batch IAS officer Deepak Saini made Joint Magistrate Mussoorie. He was deputy collector, Chamoli.
2021 batch IAS officer Varuna Aggarwal made Deputy Collector Almora.
IAS officer (2021) Anamika made Deputy Collector Pauri.
IAS officer (2021) Ashish Kumar Mishra made Deputy Collector Pithoragarh.
PCS Ashok Kumar Pandey made CDO Nainital.
PCS Lalit Narayan Mishra was given the responsibility of Director, Directorate of Urban Development, Dehradun.

PCS Veer Singh Budiyal was made Additional Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation Dehradun.
PCS Anil Garbyal made General Manager Uttarakhand Transport Corporation.
PCS Dayanand Saraswati made GM Garhwal Mandal Development Corporation.
IAS Ashish Bhatgai was removed from the additional charge of Director Mandi Parishad Rudrapur.
PCS Bhawan Singh Chalal given the responsibility of Director Mandi Parishad Rudrapur
PCS Rajkumar Pandey made Deputy Collector Chamoli, while PCS officer Ravindra Kumar made Deputy Collector Haridwar.
PCS Anil Shukla made Deputy Collector Rudraprayag.
PCS Smita Parmar was made Deputy Secretary Uttarakhand Information Commission.
It is also expected that some district officers may be changed and another list may be released soon.
