UP: 2 PCS Officers Promoted to IAS, Vinod Kumar Posted as Joint Secy, PWD

Two Uttar Pradesh PCS officers have been promoted to IAS cadre. 2004 batch PCS officers Vinod Kumar and Himanshu Gautam have been promoted to IAS cadre of 2022 in Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Vinod Kumar is posted as Joint Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department while Himanshu Gautam is posted as Additional Commissioner in Meerut.
