In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Uttarakhand, the Pushkar Singh Dhami led state government has transferred and posted 6 IAS, 3 PCS and one Secretariat Service officers. Joint Secretary Shyam Singh has issued an order regarding this development.
2011 batch IAS officer Swati S Bhadauria has been given the charge of Mission Director of NHM. She was serving as Additional Secretary to the Governor in the government.
Earlier, 2014 batch IAS officer Rohit Meena was posted as Mission Director of NHM.
The government has transferred and relieved Dr R Rajesh Kumar, an IAS officer of 2007 batch, from the post of Chief Executive Officer of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). He is now posted as Secretary of Medical Health and Medical Education in the administration.
While IAS officer Kamendra Singh, who is Additional Secretary in Personnel and Vigilance, has been given the post of Chief Executive Officer, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
2010 batch IAS officer Anand Swaroop, who is Additional Secretary of Rural Development, has been removed from the post of Director of Panchayati Raj. Whereas PCS officer Nidhi Yadav has been posted as Director of Panchayati Raj.
IAS officer Alok Kumar Pandey, Additional Secretary of Cooperatives and Registrar, has been made Additional Secretary of Panchayati Raj.
PCS officer Mohammad Nasir has been made the director of Pantnagar Agricultural University. PCS officer Ramdutt Paliwal, executive director of Uttarakhand Rural Development Institute, Udham Singh Nagar, has been relieved from the additional charge of Pantnagar Agricultural University. While Panchayati Raj Additional Secretary Omkar Singh has been transferred and made Additional Secretary of Social Welfare Department.
