IAS officer Ashish Bhargava has been transferred and posted as DG, National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) IN New Delhi. He is an IAS officer of 2012 batch and MP cadre. Mr. Bhargava was currently serving as Deputy Secretary of DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in India).

While his tenure was still left in DPIIT, Mr. Bhargava has been laterally transferred to NADA. An order in this regard was issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on 14 October 2023. According to the order, his stint in NADA will be until 9 November 2026.
